Coaching has been an extremely valuable process for me, as it allows me to have space to reflect and think, a luxury that one rarely has in the busy-ness of the world today. In addition to the space created, Coaching offers me the opportunity to be challenged, stretched and supported by the Coach. Tanya has been doing just that for me. Her thorough questioning forces me to think, sometimes about that which I’d rather not, which in turn challenges me to really get to grips with where I am at, what I am trying to achieve, what might be holding me back, and what I need to do to move forward. This process has helped me identify some really deep-seated values and motivators and pushed me into making decisions and taking actions that otherwise may have been done much slower or not at all.
