I have definitely made huge progress in all my objectives identified up front. I have become considerably more sensitised around team dynamics within my team and a huge improvement is evident in my stress resilience and my work / life balance. This has become evident through positive feedback from people working and interacting with me at work. However, Tanya has made it very clear throughout the sessions, that this is an on-going journey. I am extremely sad that I am reaching the end of my intervention and will recommend Tanya to any career woman experiencing similar challenges.
Coaching has been an extremely valuable process for me, as it allows me to have space to reflect and think, a luxury that one rarely has in the busy-ness of the world today. In addition to the space created, Coaching offers me the opportunity to be challenged, stretched and supported by the Coach. Tanya has been doing just that for me. Her thorough questioning forces me to think, sometimes about that which I’d rather not, which in turn challenges me to really get to grips with where I am at, what I am trying to achieve, what might be holding me back, and what I need to do to move forward. This process has helped me identify some really deep-seated values and motivators and pushed me into making decisions and taking actions that otherwise may have been done much slower or not at all.
