At last, this session was exactly what I was looking for, a perfect combination of theory and practical, real life solutions!

This workshop came at the perfect time, I arrived feeling stressed and frazzled and left feeling empowered and hopeful.

I have definitely made huge progress in all my objectives identified up front. I have become considerably more sensitised around team dynamics within my team and a huge improvement is evident in my stress resilience and my work / life balance.
